City Park Esplanade Stormline and Road Improvements

• Install new stormwater pipe and inlet system
• Eliminate diagonal parking and reduce road widths to accommodate parallel parking, bike and one traffic lane in each direction
• Construct new curb and gutter and re-pave roadway
• Install irrigation system and pedestrian improvements
